Message From the Chief Executive Officer

At TIRR Memorial Hermann in the Texas Medical Center and across the citywide TIRR Memorial Hermann Rehabilitation Network, we work closely together to ensure that our patients receive the appropriate level of care at the right time in the most convenient setting. They benefit from our capability to provide all levels of care across the lifespan seamlessly with a consistent level of quality – this is the power of an integrated health system.

We are pleased to welcome Memorial Hermann Home Care and Memorial Hermann Hospice to our expanding network of post-acute care services. Both entities are closely aligned with the TIRR Memorial Hermann vision of empowering patients to become the best version of themselves they can be.

We’re grateful to Evelyn Suber for sharing her story of recovery at TIRR Memorial Hermann-Greater Heights, the newest TIRR Memorial Hermann location extending the reach of TIRR’s excellence in care to the community. A special thanks also to Simone, Peter and Aaron Berry for sharing their story of rehabilitation after spinal cord injury. The two boys went on to join the TIRR Memorial Hermann junior Hotwheels and contributed to the team’s 2015 win of the National Wheelchair Basketball Association’s Junior Division National Championship.
