Residents in Greater Heights and surrounding communities now have access to Memorial Hermann’s 44,000-square-foot Convenient Care Center, which includes a 24-hour Emergency Center. Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center in Greater Heights is the health system’s fifth Convenient Care Center in the Greater Houston area and the first to be located inside Loop 610.

The new facility partners with Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital and provides one-stop, highly coordinated access to adult and pediatric primary care through Memorial Hermann Medical Group, as well as specialty physicians, sports medicine and rehabilitation, outpatient imaging and lab services, and 24-hour emergency services.

“Today we are confirming our commitment to the Houston community to provide access to quality healthcare throughout the city,” said Chuck Stokes, President and CEO of Memorial Hermann. “The Greater Heights community is a region in Houston we have continued to see exponential growth, and we are honored to be able to serve new and existing patients in the area.”

Located off Interstate 10 at 1431 Studemont Street, the Convenient Care Center is designed to offer patients convenient options such as walk-in access, online scheduling and primary care, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The outpatient imaging department offers CT scan, X-ray, ultrasound and MRI services.

“Giving the Greater Heights community additional access to quality healthcare was important to us,” said Susan Jadlowski, Sr. Vice President and CEO of Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital. “By opening a Convenient Care Center in the Greater Heights community, we are able to provide patients with additional access to both emergency and primary care close to home.”

The Convenient Care Center is located approximately 5 miles from the Memorial Hermann Greater Heights campus and just under 6 miles from Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center (TMC). Patients at the Convenient Care Center who need a higher level of care could be transferred to Memorial Hermann Greater Heights, Memorial Hermann-TMC or Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital.

Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center in Greater Heights joins sister facilities in Spring, Summer Creek, Katy and Sienna Plantation.
