She has been an integral member of our leadership team and I know her leadership in the operations role will push Memorial Hermann Cypress to continue down the path of providing high quality, compassionate care to the community,” says Heath Rushing, Vice President and CEO of Memorial Hermann Cypress and Katy Hospitals.

Under her leadership, Memorial Hermann Cypress began pursuing a Level III trauma designation and is poised to apply for Level II designation for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

“I am invigorated by the progress I’ve already seen at Memorial Hermann Cypress. I believe in the strong team of affiliated physicians, nurses, and employees that we have at our facility and am excited to have the privilege of making sure the hospital continues to operate smoothly,” says Rivas.
