Today, the Houston Business Journal recognized Memorial Hermann as one of Houston's Best Places to Work. Our System is one of only four companies to have received this honor five consecutive times.
To consider our System for the list, HBJ asked that employees complete a 10-category questionnaire covering team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with coworkers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices.
Memorial Hermann ranked fifth among Houston-based companies with 501+ employees, moving up two places from our ranking last year:
